WHAT IS DICHROIC GLASS?

 

 Dichroic glass sometimes refer to as short for "chameleon glass", because of changes or shimmers in colours when light falls on it.

What type of metal used for the jewellery?

​

 At the moment, I am working on 316 Stainless steel to make all the jewellery you are seeing on the site. But if you prefer other metal   for any design, it can be arranged. 

 

IS THE JEWELLERY ALLERGENIC?

 

 Stainless steel is an iron that contains addition of chromium and other alloying elements such as nickel to create a corrosion-   resistant product.

Maintaining stainless steel jewellery.

 

 You can buy regular stainless steel jewellery cleaning apparatus. OR follow these easy steps.

 

 1. Maintaining simple washing, dish washing detergent and warm water, use toothbrush or soft cloth to lean your jewellery. Rinse   with clean water and   wipe-off excessive water away with a soft towel. air your pieces to dry.

 

 2. Some people use toothpaste to clean the especially dirty spots of their stainless steel pieces. 

 Further, toothpaste is abrasive. If you   decide to use it for cleaning, make sure it is a non-whitening brand that does not contain   silica,   or it will leave scratches on your   jewellery. So use silica-free one, with a soft cloth to rub the paste onto your pieces.   Remember to   rinse your jewellery thoroughly   after you are done.

 

 3. After your stainless steel jewellery is clean, you can use a jewellery polish or a polishing cloth to shine it.

 

 4. Baking soda, vinegar or water to make a paste in consistence of toothpaste. Use a soft brittle toothbrush to brush nooks and   crannies of your jewellery. When you are satisfied, then rinse it off with cold water and use a soft cloth to wipe off water away.

​

 

Stainless steel jewellery is a made with tough metal, it does not tarnish or corrode.

 

Warning!

​

 Do not put or throw your jewellery anywhere! Maintain aftercare in jewellery boxes, as it will be the correct safe place to store them.

 

 Do not wear your jewellery to swim in chlorinated water.  .

 

 Do not throw your stainless steel with other jewellery you have, to avoid scratches on them because stainless steel is made of tough   metal, so keep them separately.

3-5 Working days.

 Although I can not guarantee delivery on a specific day, please contact me, if your order does not arrive within delivery time limits.

 

 Any request for tracking. of order will be paid by the customer. as agreed, and to be added at the final payment point.

IRELAND REGISTERED MAIL                                                                               

 

 Please call me to arrange delivery by registered mail. The additional fee will be charged to you. 

 

 With registered mail you can track your order. Delivery times are .sometimes faster with registered mail.

 

 Delivery cost can be waived, where vicinity delivery in Ireland can be arranged to suit customers living locally. 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL

 

 Shipping (outside of the European Union) will go smoothly most of the time. Every now and then, a package can get stuck with   customs. And if that happens, we have no control over it and can't be responsible for these delays.
 

​ Any additional customs or import duties charged on the package on its reaching the destination country must be borne by the   customer.

 

 We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country;   you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

ORDER AND SHIPPING DATES

 

 Are not the same. Please note that if you place an order on working days at 5:00pm, your order will not be shipped until 3/5 working   day of the week at the very earliest. If the order is placed on Friday. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. The order will be shipped   on the working day. When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to notify you. 

 

 Tracking information will be provided to you, if order is dispatched as registered/express mail.

 I do not guarantee delivery on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.   Call or email if you
have questions about delivery.

 

 

Order on Immediate Dispatch - Should your order be marked as available for immediate dispatch and it fails to reach you within the   times quoted above, then please contact me on my email address. I will be happy to do what I can to assist.

Inadequate Address or Information - Please make sure the delivery address is correct when you are entering your order.   Inadequate address or 
information can cause delays in delivery. Any extra cost incurred in getting the order to you at the correct   address will have to be bore by you. 

PO Boxes - Shipping to PO Box Addresses is not accepted.

All items/images on the web page are accurately presented. If you have any question about any of the
items, Please contact me. If   you would like to have a customised item, like having initial on a plate for a gift. We may be able to work things out, if possible. Call   me with your
concept to work it out.

Each item is handmade by me and can't be copied to look exactly like the original, but if you want a match we can make every effort   to get as close as
possible to the original.

 I do take time on the making each of the items, they are unique and made to last

 

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUND.

 

 The Customer has to contact me before returning an order. I accept returns of goods/Items within 10 days from the date the order is   delivered to Ireland customer. And 14 days for EUROPE, REST OF THE WORLD customer.

You have the options of choosing a replacement product or receiving a refund for your initial payment. 

 

 It is important that the order you are returning is in its original state, neither used nor damaged. 

Jewellery should be returned in the original box, 3D Glass art, Glass Plate, returned not defect, unbroken.

 

 All the mentioned products returned with the labels and original packing material. 

The initial payment for any of the product will be refunded as soon as I receive the return order package and confirm that is it in the   condition
complained about by the customer.

No refund is given for any goods damaged or lost while in the possession of the buyer.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION                            

 

 To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order details available and contact me by email or phone within 5 hours of   settling the payment.

 

 I am unable to process cancellations for items that have already been shipped.
