The artwork and to the finish of the plate was made the artist. Carefully cut      and arrange each colour of the glasses.
 
It is made with special opal glass.
 
The bump on the plate is a see through clear glass, not a hole. But if you look at the back of the plate where the front bump is. A small crater, created exactly where the bump is. It was made possible through intense firing of the glass. And this plate cannot be recreated to look exact alike.
